Right of withdrawal for consumers

When consumers buy online, they usually have a 14-day right to withdraw without giving a reason. MixSession is digital content that is delivered immediately by a licence key, and the law makes an exception for that: the right of withdrawal ends when delivery starts, if you have first given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal because of it.

We therefore ask you to confirm both at checkout, before you can pay. We record that confirmation with your order. If you did not give it, or if it was not possible to give it, the normal 14-day right applies and you can withdraw by writing to us at [support email] with your name, email address and licence key.

If the licence or the software does not work

This is separate from the right of withdrawal and is not affected by it. If MixSession does not work as described, or your licence key does not activate, tell us and we will fix it. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you can have the price reduced or cancel the purchase and get a refund. You have two years from delivery to complain under Danish law. See section 7 of the Terms of Sale.

How refunds are made

• We refund the full amount you paid, including VAT, to the card or payment method you used.
• Refunds are made within 14 days of us agreeing to the refund, and usually appear on your statement within a few days after that.
• When a purchase is refunded, the licence key is switched off and MixSession on your PCs stops accepting it.

Cancelling before you pay

If you leave the payment page without paying, nothing is charged and no licence is created. You can start again at any time from the buy page.
